“World’s Largest Democracy”
On 20 July 2026, more than thirty thousand people marched toward Parliament in the “Sansad Chalo” protest, demanding the education minister’s resignation over the repeated leaking of the NEET paper. This is a record of how that march was policed — every clip kept with the source it came from.

What was filmed
A few of the clips. The full archive has many more, each with its source and how well corroborated it is.
The internet was cut while this happened
As protesters were being dispersed, mobile internet was shut down across central Delhi. Carriers told their customers only that it was “as per the Government’s instruction”.
No authority has produced the order. Not the Ministry of Home Affairs, not the Department of Telecommunications, not the Delhi government, not Delhi Police. Which body ordered it, on what legal grounds, covering what area and for how long are all still unknown.

What the footage shows
The people being beaten were children
Most of those protesting were between 16 and 20 years old. Separate clips record a minor being struck repeatedly with a baton, and another being choked. In one, a firearm is pointed toward a group of children.
Women protesters were assaulted, and officers laughed
Several recordings show officers striking women protesters, including footage of an officer striking a woman’s genitals, and of officers groping women and laughing among themselves. Others record women being given electric shocks in heavy rain.
Officers who could not be identified
Multiple clips show officers on duty with no name tag. Without a name or number there is no way to file a complaint against a specific officer, and no way for any later inquiry to establish who did what.
People in plain clothes acting as police
Footage records men without uniforms working alongside police against protesters. The source describes them as “private police”. Who they were, who they answered to, and what authority they held has not been established.
Nails set into batons
One clip shows nails driven into a police lathi. A baton is meant to be a blunt weapon. Modifying one this way is a decision taken before anyone arrived at the protest.
Reporters and doctors were targeted too
Journalists covering the protest were detained on camera. Doctors treating injured protesters were beaten. Both groups were doing work that is supposed to be protected.
How to help
-
Send footage
If you recorded something on 20 July, or you have a clip that isn’t here, send it to nottotemlol2@gmail.com or roancliterate@gmail.com.
Useful to include, if you have it: roughly where and when it was filmed, and a link to wherever it was first posted. Footage without a source still helps — it just takes longer to verify before it goes up.

Keep a copy
Download the videos and keep them. Every mirror listed below belongs to a company that could remove it. A copy on your own phone or laptop belongs to you.
-
Host this site yourself
The whole site is a few plain HTML files, under 250 KB, no server needed. Download it and put it anywhere — the more copies exist, the less any single takedown matters.

Correct us
If something here is wrong, mislabelled, or you are the person who filmed it and want it taken down, write to the addresses above. Corrections make this stronger, not weaker.
